The 2010 Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run Expo will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010, the day before the 38th running of Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run on Sun. April 11, 2010.

This year’s Health and Fitness Expo will be held in the beautiful National Building Museum in Washington, DC. (http://www.nbm.org/about-us/historic-building/).

The extraordinary venue includes 15-story ceilings at the highest point and 75-feet high Corinthian columns with abundant skylights. The center of the Great Hall includes a beautiful 15-foot in diameter fountain which provides an excellent meeting and rest area.

We expect more than 15,000 runners, their families and friends to pass through the Health and Fitness Expo. The pleasant environment will encourage people to stay, visit and shop longer.

The set up of this room makes every booth a “premium” booth. Therefore, we have no price differentiation on booths this year. However, those who sign up earlier will have a preferable selection.

The standard expo booth size is 10’ x 10’ and the price is $725.00. The booth fee covers all drayage and union labor for your move in and move out, but does not include electric, telephone, or internet services.

Larger booths are available with the size and cost being multiples of the size and cost of the standard booth price.

Set up hours are 4:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Friday, April 9 and 7:00 A.M. until 8:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 10. Move out must be completed by 11:00 P.M. on Saturday.

Expo hours: The official hours of the expo will be from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., although we will let runners into the hall with a soft opening at 9:15 a.m. if they are lined up at this time. Therefore, all exhibitors must be ready to open their booths by 9:15 a.m.
