Race Weekend Team Packet Pick-up, Corrections and Substitutions

Packet Pick-up

 Individual team members should pick up their race packets at the Health & Fitness Expo at the National Building Museum on Friday, April 5 or on Saturday, April 6, 2013. The Team Captain may pick up team members' packets only with written authorization (a copy of an email is fine) from each team member and an ID for himself or herself.

Substitutions and Corrections at Packet Pick-up

Substitutions will be accepted at the Team Table on Friday, March 30 and Saturday, March 31 ONLY if the team has fewer than the minimum number of runners needed to score (two men and one woman or two women and one man). Substitutions may be made from registered runners only; no new entries will be accepted. No team changes or substitutions are allowed on Sunday morning, April 7. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No refunds: The no-refund policy applies to team members who are unable to run.
