Potomac River RunningWhether your goal is to finish the race, or to finish faster than you ever have before, prepare to do your best with a coach's guidance and fellow runners to help keep you motivated.  AND, you'll get some great New Balance gear along the way!

The program is brought to you in partnership with New Balance and the PR Training Programs. Training sites include Ashburn, DC (in Georgetown at 33rd and the waterfront/K Street under Whitehurst Freeway), Reston, and Rockville (training at various Montgomery County parks/trails).

The program will kick off at the end of January.  The program includes weekly group weekend morning runs and optional weekday group runs and/or workouts.  You will receive a 10-week schedule based on your background/race goal which includes guidance on what to do on days you are not meeting with the group.  On-site coaches will answer your questions and keep you excited and motivated as they guide you toward your race goal.

Full details on the program cost, content, benefits and registration information will be posted here when available.
