About the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run Advanced Level Program
The Advanced Program is designed for serious runners who average at least 20-25 miles per week and who do a weekly long run. Runners signing up for this program should be experienced races at distances of 5K and beyond. The Advanced Program calls for running 5-7 days per week with two speed workouts each week. The daily workouts will be described in terms of ranges to allow for each runner to modify the schedule based on the runnerís current level of training. The Advanced Program also will incorporate a couple of tune-up races prior to the 10 Miler.
