The Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile and 5K looks forward to seeing our thousands of loyal followers, along with a host of new runners, eager to learn about your products at the 2025 Credit Union Cherry Blossom Health and Fitness Expo Presented by Wegmans.

The Expo will be held over two days — Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5. The 2025 Expo will be held in the historic and beautiful National Building Museum, 401 F Street NW, Washington, DC. (http://www.nbm.org/)

The National Building Museum is a spectacular building with a naturally lighted ceiling and a large central fountain. The exhibitor area in the 36,600 square foot Great Hall surrounds a beautiful 15-foot in diameter fountain. The beauty of this extraordinary room encourages participants to stay and shop. Metro access at the front of the building and on-street parking ensures a well-attended event. 

This year will mark the 52nd anniversary of the Race, which serves as a fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network.  We anticipate more than 20,000 runners, 2,000 volunteers and an estimated exposure to 40,000 people during the race weekend, April 4 – April 6, 2025.  Booth prices for 2025 have not yet been set, but will be posted here as soon as they become available. 

Booth registration for 2025 will open here soon, so be sure to check back for all the details and to reserve your space.  All exhibit space will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. Booths will not be held until full payment is received. The registration deadline is February 28, 2025 (cancellation refunds are contingent upon ability to resell the space and will incur a $50 processing fee).

Booth Specifics

  • The standard booth size is 10′ x 10′ at the price of $1750 per booth. We will also have a limited number of Corner booths this year. Vendors may purchase multiple booths. If multiple booths are purchased, unless directed otherwise, they will be placed together
  • Electrical may be added for an extra fee.
  • Each 10′ x 10′ booth comes with a 6′ table and two chairs. Corner Booths will come with two 6′ tables and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be rented for a fee
  • Cherry Blossom Inc., reserves the right to assign booth locations. However, we will take into consideration your location choices. All booths will be assigned by close of business on March 1st.

Move In/Out Times

  • Move-In:  Thursday, April 4 (time TBD)
  • Move-In:  Friday, April 5 from 7:00 am until 1:00 pm
  • Move-Out:   Saturday, April 6 from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm

Expo Hours

  • Friday, April 5 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm
  • Saturday, April 6 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
